Launching sewing classes from May 2025 in Brighton & Hove

About the organisor:

Laura O’Sullivan has over fifteen years of experience as an adult education teacher and dressmaker.  Having worked as a photographer, jeweller and project manager she brings creativity together with organisational skills in many aspects of her working life.

Previously working in costumes at Gladrags Community Costume Resources, she is a tutor at Sew Fabulous Brighton teaching adults and children, and also working in preloved designer clothes shop Circles in the North Laine. 

Laura lives in Hove with her husband, four children and two sewing machines.

Hove Sewing Group is run by Laura O’Sullivan, a sewing tutor with over fifteen years of dressmaking & teaching experience. Based in the UK city of Brighton & Hove she runs regular social sewing sessions and classes for adults with all levels of experience.
